Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release moisture and turn golden, about 5 minutes.
5. Pour in heavy cream, stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the creamy mushroom sauce.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
