Corn and Black Bean Quesadilla

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix the corn, black beans, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the tortilla on a skillet over medium heat. 3. Spread the corn and black bean mixture evenly over half of the tortilla. 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. 5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown on both sides. 6. Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices if desired.
