Classic Ham and Cheese Club Sandwich with Herb Mayo and Potato Chips

Steps

1. Open the sandwich bread roll like a book. 2. Spread 15 g of mayonnaise evenly on the inner sides of the bread. 3. Layer on the lettuce leaves followed by fresh spinach. 4. Add tomato slices on top of the greens. 5. Place 40 g of sliced cheese evenly over the tomato. 6. Add 40 g of ham slices on top of the cheese. 7. Close the sandwich and cut diagonally into two halves, producing 4 halves per portion. 8. Arrange the sandwich halves neatly on a rectangular or bistro-style plate. 9. Place the potato chips on the left side of the plate. 10. Add a small dollop or brushstroke of herb mayonnaise on the right side of the plate. 11. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley over the exposed sandwich surfaces for garnish. 12. Serve immediately and enjoy!
