Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
2. Roll out the pizza dough into a 20cm (8 inch) circle on a floured surface.
3. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
6. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and sprinkle with oregano and salt.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
8. Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve.
