Steps
1. Cook the bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
2. In the same pan, scramble the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper until just set.
3. Melt the dark chocolate chips slightly in a microwave-safe bowl or on low heat.
4. Lay the egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface.
5. Place the scrambled eggs, chopped bacon, and a drizzle of melted chocolate in the center of the wrapper.
6. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
7. Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
8. Fry the egg roll until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
9. Remove and drain on paper towels.
10. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving for a sweet finish.
