Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. 2. Add the cold butter and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 3. Gradually add cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Form into a ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a 6-inch circle. 6. Spread the mashed bananas evenly over half of the dough, then spoon the apple pie filling on top. 7. Fold the dough over to cover the filling and press the edges to seal. 8. Make a few small slits on top to vent. 9. Place the hand pie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. 11. Let cool slightly before serving.
