Steps
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Melt the dark chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
3. In a blender, combine the ripe avocado, melted chocolate, olive oil, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with the chocolate avocado sauce until well coated.
5. Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
