Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Steps

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cut a pocket into the chicken breast and carefully stuff it with the cheese and spinach mixture. Secure the opening with toothpicks if needed. Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
