Cheesy Baked Potatoes

These cheesy potatoes are very simple, yet delicious. The perfect side dish to any meal.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Wash the potato and pat it dry. 3. Slice potato into 1/4 inch slices. 4. Arrange potato slices in a baking dish. 5. Melt butter and cream together in a small pot. 6. Pour mixture over the potato slices. 7. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. 8. Bake for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and golden brown. 9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
