Beef and Broccoli Pasta

A tasty dish with a combination of au-jus beef, broccoli, onions, and spinach served over a bed of pasta.

Steps

1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Set aside. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef strips and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until the beef is tender and browned. 3. Add the onions and cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the broccoli florets. Simmer until they are to your preferred doneness. 5. Lastly, stir in the spinach until it’s wilted. 6. Put the cooked pasta onto a dish. Top with the beef and broccoli mixture and enjoy!
