Baked Pork Roll with Jam

An easy, comforting dish that combines the flavour of pork and the sweetness of jam in the perfect combination

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. In a bowl mix together the ground pork, bacon, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. 3. Form a patty with the pork mixture. 4. Spread the jam on one half of the patty. 5. Fold the patty to create a filled and sealed roll. 6. Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the roll in the tray. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked. 8. Let the roll sit for 5 minutes before serving.

1/4 pound ground pork 2 slices of bacon 2-3 tablespoons of sweet jam 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs 1 teaspoon of parsley Salt & pepper to taste
