Steps

1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Next, scoop the avocado into a small bowl and with a fork start to mash the avocado into a spreadable paste. 2. Toast your bread and spread the mashed avocado evenly on the slice. 3. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top of the avocado. 4. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper on top. 5. Serve the avocado toast and enjoy!
