1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp. 3. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each toasted baguette slice. 5. Top each slice with a piece of smoked salmon. 6.
