Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, mix diced apple, breadcrumbs, walnuts, cranberries, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. 3. Cut a pocket into the side of the pork chop and stuff with the apple mixture. 4. Season the outside of the pork chop with salt and pepper. 5. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 6. Sear the pork chop on both sides until golden brown. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
