Steps

1. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in half of the sauce mixture for 15-30 minutes. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. 5. Pour in the remaining sauce and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken. 6.
