Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half the cinnamon.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add apple slices and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
5. Stir in honey, remaining cinnamon, and chicken broth; cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the apple glaze over it.
7. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve warm.
