Turkey Burgers

These turkey burgers are packed with flavor and deliciously juicy!

Steps

1. Preheat a sauté pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 2. Dice onion and mince garlic and add them to the pan. Sauté until onion is soft and lightly browned. 3. In a medium bowl, mix ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, cumin and black pepper. 4. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same pan. 5. Shape the turkey mixture into 2 patties. Place them in the pan and cook for about 7 minutes per side until the burgers are cooked through. 6. Place the cheese slice on the burgers and let it melt. 7. Spread the mustard on the bun. 8. Put the burgers on the buns and top with sautéed onions, tomato and lettuce. 9. Serve and Enjoy!

Ground turkey (6oz), 1/2 onion (diced), 1/4 teaspoon garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 teaspoon each of oregano, cumin and freshly ground black pepper, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 roll and leaves of lettuce, slice of cheese, small tomato, 1/2 teaspoon mustard
