Tomato Basil Pasta

A simple and delicious pasta dish featuring fresh tomatoes and aromatic basil.

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. 4. Season the tomato mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the torn basil leaves. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the tomato mixture. 6. Serve the tomato basil pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
