Tilapia Fish Taco

A flavorful Latin-style tilapia fish taco, great for a quick and light dinner.

Steps

Steps of Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. 3. Rub the tilapia fillet with the oil and herb mixture. 4. Place the tilapia on a baking sheet. 5. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes. 6. Transfer the cooked tilapia to a plate. 7. Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat. 8. Place one of the tortillas in the skillet for 1-2 minutes. 9. Flip over the tortilla, and place the cooked tilapia in the center. 10. Squirt the lime juice and add red onion, cilantro, and additional toppings of your choice. 11. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the fish, and press down to seal. 12. Cook the taco for 4-5 more minutes on each side, until golden brown. 13. Serve with your favorite salsa and guacamole.
