Steps
1. Brew a strong cup of black tea and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, mix the cooled tea, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
3. Place the chicken breast in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and season with salt and pepper.
6. Cook chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
7. Meanwhile, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
8. Pour the ginger-tea glaze over the cooked chicken.
9. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired and serve hot.
