Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
5. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the ketchup glaze over the chicken, turning to coat both sides.
6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
