Steps: 1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. 4. Remove pork from the skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add carrot and bell peppers. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. 6. Add pineapple chunks and the sauce mixture to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. 7. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. 8. Serve the stir fry over a bed of cooked rice. Enjoy!
