Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers with Minced Meat and Feta

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove seeds carefully. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 4. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and cook until browned and cooked through. 5. Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley. 6. Stuff each mini bell pepper with the meat and feta mixture. 7. Place stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until peppers are tender and filling is heated through. 9. Serve warm and enjoy.
