Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced yam and potato, sauté until golden brown.
3. Stir in the chopped tomato and sliced carrot, cooking until the vegetables soften.
4. Add cooked dal and mix well.
5. Sprinkle in the chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Stir to combine.
6. Add a little water if necessary to achieve desired consistency and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
7. Remove from heat, stir in the curd, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chili flakes before serving.
