1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 3. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 4. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. 7. Add chopped palak and stir well, cooking for an additional 5 minutes. 8. Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently. 9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
