1. Rinse and drain the black beans. 2. In a small saucepan, heat the black beans over medium heat. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and well-coated in spices. 3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing a scoop of black beans on each tortilla. Top with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, sour cream, and salsa. 5.
