Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the pan; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
7. Remove from heat, sprinkle sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
