Steps
1. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
3. Sear the tuna steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until the outside is browned but the inside remains pink.
4. In a small bowl, combine diced avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
5. Remove the tuna from the pan and let it rest for a minute.
6. Serve the tuna steak topped with the fresh avocado salsa.
