1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add the marinated beef to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until browned. 5. Add the julienned carrots to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the carrots are tender but still crisp. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 7.
