In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, water, and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat until warm. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and stir continuously until dissolved. Pour the mixture into gummy worm molds or a flat dish lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
