Oven-Baked Lentil Flatbread Without Kneading

This easy recipe for lentil flatbread requires no kneading and is packed with nutritious lentils. Perfect for a quick meal or as a side, this flatbread is naturally gluten-free and full of flavor.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Rinse the lentils under cold water, then blend them with water until smooth. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended lentils with salt, cumin, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. 4. Allow the mixture to sit for 15 minutes to thicken slightly. 5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the lentil mixture onto it, spreading it out to form a flat, even layer. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is firm. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing. 8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
