Steps
1. Rinse the lentils and blend them until smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended lentils, egg, salt, vanilla, yogurt, and baking powder. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
3. Lightly grease your microwave-safe molds with oil or cooking spray.
4. Pour the batter into the molds, filling them about one-third to half full.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and nigella seeds on top.
6. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until firm. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
