Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. 2. Season pork chop with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. Place pork chop in a baking dish. 4. Layer orange slices on top of pork chop. 5. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix with lemon juice and thyme. 6. Pour butter mixture over pork chop. 7. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until pork chop is cooked through. 8. Serve hot.
