Orange Garlic Potato Stir-Fry

This simple yet delicious stir-fry with oranges, garlic and potatoes is an easy and tasty main dish perfect for any night of the week!

Steps

1. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat. 2. Add in the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add in the orange and potatoes and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add in the soy sauce and tomatoes and stir to combine. 5. Reduce heat to medium and cover pan. 6. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if desired. 8. Serve and enjoy!
