Steps

1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and drain. 2. In a saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. 3. Add the quinoa and reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the quinoa is fluffy and liquid is absorbed. 4. While the quinoa is cooking, heat a small skillet over medium heat.
