Steps

1. In a bowl, mix diced tomato, chopped garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. 2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Brush bread slices with olive oil. 3. Grill bread until crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. 4. Top each bread slice with the tomato mixture. 5. Sprinkle with feta cheese if desired. Serve and enjoy!
