Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
2. Heat the margarine in a skillet over medium heat until melted and slightly bubbling.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Remove from heat, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken if desired.
6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
