Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. 4. Grill the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 5. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
