Steps

1. Rinse the rice under cold water until water runs clear. 2. In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Add rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. 3. While rice cooks, heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 4. Once rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and stir in the sautéed garlic and olive oil. 5.
