Steps

1. Marinate the beef slices in Nippon Shokken soy garlic sauce for 15 minutes. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. 4. While beef cooks, prepare steamed rice and blanch spinach. 5. In a bowl, place cooked rice as the base. 6. Arrange cooked beef on top of the rice. 7. Add julienned carrot and blanched spinach alongside the beef. 8. Garnish with chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds. 9. Serve immediately with kimchi on the side if desired.
