Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
5. Pour in heavy cream and stir, cooking until slightly thickened.
6. Place the chicken breast in a small baking dish.
7. Spoon the mushroom mixture evenly over the chicken.
8. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
