Juicy Vanilla Panna Cotta

A simple and luscious vanilla panna cotta that is creamy and perfectly set with a juicy burst of fresh berry topping. This dessert is elegant yet easy to prepare for one serving.

Steps

1. Sprinkle the powdered gelatin over the cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. 2. In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat gently over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling. 3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. 4. Stir in the vanilla extract. 5. Pour the mixture into a small mold or glass and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. 6. Before serving, top with fresh mixed berries for a juicy finish.
