Steps
1. Marinate the sliced chicken breast in jerk seasoning for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
4. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
5. Toss in the bell peppers and carrots, stir-frying for another 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
6. Add the cooked chow mein noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stirring well to combine all ingredients.
7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
