Steps
1. Boil the egg noodles in salted water until tender, about 4-5 minutes, then drain.
2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced sausage and honeyed turkey; sauté for 3-4 minutes until warmed and slightly caramelized.
4. Push the meat to the side of the skillet and crack the egg into the empty space; scramble gently until cooked.
5. Add the drained noodles to the skillet, mixing everything together.
6. Stir in ketchup and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
8. Serve hot.
