1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 4. Brush the honey mixture over the salmon. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salmon before serving.
