1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. 2. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent. 3. Add diced potato and chopped capsicum, stir well. 4. Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt, mix thoroughly. 5. Pour water, cover, and simmer until vegetables are soft (about 10-12 minutes). 6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. 7.
