Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the turkey breast on a baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. 4. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. 5. Drain the potatoes and mash with milk, butter, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy. 6. Once the turkey is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 7. Serve the sliced turkey breast alongside the garlic mashed potatoes.
