1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and lightly grease a small heart-shaped cake pan. 2. In a bowl, sift together almond flour, all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt. 3. In another bowl, whisk the egg, orange juice, orange zest, and olive oil until combined. 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 7. Let the cake cool completely in the pan before removing. 8.
