1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well blended. 4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. 5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed. 6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each. 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. 8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
