Grilled Squid with Lemon and Garlic

Steps

1. Clean the squid by removing the ink sac, beak, and internal organs. Rinse it thoroughly under cold water. 2. Cut the squid into rings or leave it whole if preferred. 3. In a small bowl, squeeze the juice from the lemon and mince the garlic cloves. 4. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper to the lemon juice and garlic mixture. Whisk until well combined. 5. Place the squid in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure all sides of the squid are coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 6. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 7. Grill the squid for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until it turns opaque and slightly charred. 8. Remove the grilled squid from the heat and serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
